Project objectives
The following project objectives have been established for the North Star Village regeneration area.
- Meet part of the housing needs forecast in the period to 2016 by offering over 1,000 new high density urban dwellings within a well-designed, accessible, quality environment
- Ensure that a range of facilities are provided to support this new community
