The retail-led mixed use scheme from developers Modus, on the Granville Street car park site, will create an exciting new future for Swindon with the development of a major new shopping experience.

The development will branch of Regent Street and link into the first floor of the Brunel Shopping with generous, open, 24 hour access public spaces.

Regent Place will offer a safe and secure environment for families in a vibrant and attractive setting which will be welcoming to all ages.

The contemporary £200m development, which gained outline planning approval in August 07, a will contain a 300,000 sq ft two-level open retail scheme anchored by a retail store with further large retail units up to 25,000 sq ft, an exciting new 30,000 sq ft 'Manna Food Hall' and a selection of restaurants and cafes. There will be approximately 250 residential apartments and a new 750 space under ground car park.
