  • Identify the opportunities to cater for the projected increase in retail expenditure in the town centre, which is expected to grow to around £900m by 2016
  • Provide the environmental quality and range of shopping and leisure that is needed to create an exciting destination
  • Put Swindon into the top 50 retail centres in the UK
