Project objectives
The following project objectives have been established for The Exchange regeneration area.
- Provide a prime mixed-use area that offers a high quality of architecture and an environment that will enable the town centre to compete with out of town locations
- Extend the prime office area of Swindon and promote long-term economic growth
- Accommodate further growth in retail and leisure
