Preferred developer for The Exchange, Amec, have this week completed the process of their sale to Morgan Sindall plc. Amec has now been rebranded as Muse Developments with a key focus to deliver complex mixed-use schemes that will enhance UK city centres and beyond.
Muse maintains the experience of the Amec senior management team and additionally Muse will be backed by the financial strength of Morgan Sindall plc. This combination brings a fresh and innovative approach to the many developments the company is involved in across the UK.
Peter James, Chief Executive of TNSC, is pleased that Morgan Sindall has demonstrated a huge commitment to urban regeneration. "With the Development Agreement about to be signed between our partners and Muse, we are particularly please that the change in ownership of Amec has resulted in a new company dedicated to raising the bar when it comes to delivering outstanding development schemes."

We are delighted to inform you that today marks the launch of a new force in mixed use regeneration, Muse Developments.
Muse has been formed following the acquisition of AMEC Developments by Morgan Sindall plc and will specialise in delivering complex mixed-use schemes throughout the UK.
Building on a formidable record of achievement, it will continue to deliver AMEC's portfolio of around 30 projects: either in its own right or through English Cities Fund (a partnership with English Partnerships and Legal & General). Muse has also replaced AMEC Developments as an active shareholder in Isis Waterside Regeneration.
Muse will continue to remain an independent UK company with a proven strategic direction and with considerable support from a leading well funded FTSE 250 parent. Day to day management of the business will be led by Matt Crompton and Nigel Franklin, as joint managing directors, and we, together with our strong development team, are fully committed to delivering excellence throughout the business.
