Our mission

The New Swindon Company's mission is to deliver the major regeneration projects, turning the vision into a reality and bring positive change to Swindon's centre that will have a beneficial knock-on effect for the rest of the town and the entire region.

Our Role

Working as a catalyst for our strategic partners, The New Swindon Company is playing a major role in driving and co-ordinating the physical regeneration of central Swindon. Our role can be summarised as follows;

Ensure there is a cohesive Regeneration Framework
Champion projects for the centre - with high quality
Urban design and architecture
Secure funding and investment
Consult and communicate
